Long Term Rentals
For more information on long term rentals please contact our leasing department. we offer selective properties located in major areas within Los Angeles. Long term leasing requires a minimum of 1 year term. Short term leasing is available on limited capacity depending on the property type and location.
Short term lease is minimum 6 months of duration.
Seasonal / Vacation Rentals
Seasonal and vacation rentals needs to be finalize 60 days before occupancy date. Please contact our office for more information on our current exclusive selection of vacation rentals.
All vacation rentals require a security deposit and a minimum stay of 21 days.
